Privacy Notice Emily Atack looked ‘glowing’ as she basked in the sunshine during her first family holiday with her baby boy and boyfriend Dr Alistair Garner. The Inbetweeners star, 34, gave birth to their son Barney in June this year and has shared some adorable snaps from their Spanish getaway. Taking to Instagram on Friday, 13 September Emily wrote the caption: “A week of sun, sea and Barney in his nappy x”, as she posted a series of snaps from their time away. In the first, the doting mum of one held baby Barney as she beamed at the camera and showed off her sun-kissed skin.

The second photo showed Barney taking a dip in the swimming pool with his dad before another showed a rare loved-up snap of Emily and Alistair as they enjoyed the sunshine. Alistair looked super relaxed while drifting on a lilo in the infinity pool with a drink in hand and the couple ventured around the local area. Emily shared a glimpse inside their accommodation as she took a snap of the outdoor space, complete with a sprawling infinity pool, loungers and breathtaking views of the sea. They were also able to enjoy the local delicacies as they headed out and shared another cosied-up snap. Fans flooded the comments following Emily’s holiday snaps and hailed the new mum for her ‘maternal glow’. One wrote: “You are glowing,” as another agreed: “Emily you have a lovely maternal glow !!”

And the compliments continued as someone else added: “Your glowing …. mothers love suits you…” On 20 June, Emily posted a sweet black and white photograph of her and Alistair cradling their newborn son together to announce his arrival. She excitedly told fans on Instagram: “We have a beautiful son. Barney James Garner. All my dreams have come true.” The new mum, who shared news of her pregnancy in January, was inundated with congratulatory messages and well wishes from her followers, including fellow celebrities. Lisa Snowdon penned: “Oh darling Em! Yay! Congratulations to you both. Loads of love and welcome to the world little Barney.” Stacey Dooley said: “Yesyesyesyesyesyesyes,” with a red heart emoji. “CONGRATULATIONS GUYS WE LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH,” Chloe Madeley added, while Sara Davies said: “Congratulations lovely!”

Singer Ashley Roberts wrote: “Aww congrats Ems!!!” with a heart emoji. Rylan commented: “Congrats you two xx,” and Vicky Pattison said: “Congratulations you guys.” Emily is believed to have started dating Alistair, who is a scientist, last year.
