Privacy NoticeCelebrity Juice stars Leigh Francis, Laura Whitmore and Emily Atack have fuelled more rumours the show will be returning as they post a snap together. Laura posted a snap of the three of them together on Sunday (20 October). Laura wrote ‘Little Sunday roast’ tagging Emily, Leigh (the man behind the Keith Lemon persona) before adding ‘and Winona’ pointing fun at Leigh’s t-shirt. Three looked like they were having a great time together with Laura sticking her tongue out, Leigh pulling a funny face and Emily had her arms around his shoulders.

Emily Atack, Leigh Francis and Laura Whitmore unite after Celebrity Juice axe

Laura Whitmore and Emily Atack were the team captains for the final three series and specials of Celebrity Juice from 2020 to 2022 before it’s axe. Leigh created the show, and had been the presenter since 2008. The show came to an end in 2022 after 309 episodes – but fans have called for its return. In September, Leigh posted a screenshot of an old Facebook post where he had announced the show’s beginnings. In the caption, he expressed disbelief at how much time has passed since the game show premiered, stating: “Sent this to my mate 16 years ago. Can’t believe @celebjuiceofficial is 16 years old today. “26 series, 14 years on screen, and 2 years in telly heaven. Thanks to everyone who watched, was a guest on it, worked on it, and of course, big ups to @hollywilloughby @fearnecotton @emilyatack @thewhitmore. Cheers for the memories. Goodnight x.”

Laura, Leigh and Emily were the final three on Celebrity Juice

Leigh’s post has been flooded by comments from viewers who are eager to see Celebrity Juice return. One wrote: “Please revive Celebrity Juice. It was the highlight of my week watching it.” Another wrote: “Bring back the good old times.” A third suggested: “Bring it back with Michelle Keegan and Maya Jama as team captains.” In 2022, Leigh spoke on Good Morning Britain about why he believes the show was axed. He said the network had “probably” made the decision because he was “too old”. Keith added: “I don’t know who the guests are anymore. I say, ‘who is that?’ They’re from TikTok. I don’t know who they are. I always forget the names.”

Laura has gone on to have her own shows since appearing on Celebrity Juice

Since leaving the show, Laura has started presenting her own show Laura Whitmore’s Breakfast Show, and Laura Whitmore Investigates. Meanwhile, Leigh went on to appear in Celebrity Stand Up to Cancer Bake Off in March 2024, where he was awarded Star Baker. Emily starred in Jilly Cooper’s series Rivals, and welcomed her first baby called Barney in June.Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
