Method Pop all the ingredients into a sealable microwave-safe container, finishing with the sliced banana and chocolate chips. Keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat. At breakfast time, cover the container and cook on full power for 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before gently stirring and tucking in.
