The 49-year-old star was presenting alongside Charlie Stayt on Saturday (August 10) when they updated viewers with the world’s top stories from their iconic red sofa. Sports presenter Mike Bushell was in the studio to dish out the latest Olympic updates as athletes geared up for the second-to-last day of action in Paris. The Olympics are shaking things up with the introduction of Breaking – a dynamic form of street dance born in the ’70s New York scene – aiming to draw in fresh, youthful eyes with its dizzying head spins, cool DJs, and a hip new lexicon. Wrapping up his sports roundup, Mike chimed in: “And I know you enjoyed that too as well Naga, the Breaking. A really great addition to the games I think.”Naga quipped in response: “I did but I’m not sure I’m going to try it.”, reports the Express.

On Saturday, BBC One viewers could only catch ” BBC Breakfast ” for 45 minutes from 6am, before switching to BBC Two. The iconic Paris 2024 Olympics coverage took centre stage on BBC One. This shuffle comes hot on the heels of Friday’s (August 9) programme mix-up with Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt. Naga was in the midst of a segment when matters went awry as the video she was meant to introduce didn’t play.
