The mum of four took to her Instagram story on Saturday to post a throwback picture of herself ready for a night out sitting in a taxi, along with the caption: “How Saturday night looked in 2010.” In the picture, posted to her 77.4k Instagram followers, Annie could be seen with the fashionable ‘beehive’ hair style at the time, staring off into the distance while showing off her curves in a black corset top. That same year, Annie began dating Kyle. The couple went on to have four children together, and despite their rocky relationship, tied the knot in 2022.

However, earlier this week, it was reported that Annie had filed for divorce from the footballer after two years of marriage. Sources told The Sun that the couple are no longer on speaking terms, with Kyle, 34, also consulting lawyers. “Kyle was stunned when he got the papers. He’s spoken to Annie about them and they are discussing the next steps,” they said. “This doesn’t necessarily mean they will divorce. This is as much Annie flexing her muscles as it is anything else. She wants Kyle to know she’s not messing about. But if this is a bluff, it may well back-fire.” The publication reported that papers were served weeks ago as tensions rose over Kyle’s love child scandal with Celebs Go Dating star Lauryn Goodman. The couple had previously separated over Christmas after Lauryn revealed that Kyle had fathered her second child, however, the pair, who share sons, sons Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, Reign, five, and five-month-old Rezon, reconciled and had been fighting to save their relationship ever since.

Earlier this year Lauryn engaged in a bitter court battle with Kyle to meet the financial demands of their children – Kairo, born in 2020, and Kinara, born last year. However, Lauryn was slammed by a judge for treating him like an “open-ended chequebook.” Honour Judge Edward Hess said Lauryn didn’t have a “good track record of telling the truth” and was “often difficult, unreasonable and demanding,” and ruled out the majority of Lauryn’s financial demands.
