What is Amazon Prime Day? Despite its name, Amazon Prime Day is actually a 48-hour shopping sale event that sees thousands of products hugely discounted in price on the Amazon website. The dates of the sale change slightly each year, and this year Amazon Prime Day is running on 16 and 17 July, reports the Mirror. A wide range of product categories are included from daily essentials like cleaning products and pet food to investment buys like tech and kitchen appliances so it’s a fab time for anyone to shop (and for less). When does Amazon Prime Day 2024 end in the UK? This year’s Amazon Prime Day deals kicked off at 00:01 on Tuesday 16 July and will be running until midnight tonight (Wednesday 17 July) so you haven’t got long if you want to save on your shopping basket. While there are often reductions on products on Amazon, we doubt you’ll see as many offers or savings this big until other big sales events like Black Friday, so it really is a great time to have a browse.
