On Friday night, the mum of three took to her Instagram to showcase her time at London Dungeon’s Fright Night event in the run-up to Halloween. After the spooky star-filled event, the Celebs Go Dating star recorded a video of herself on the train, which she captioned: “I had filler this week in my laugh lines as they were prominent and so pleased with my results. I only go to @drnataliehaworth for my botox and filler I really trust her with my face,” alongside a pink heart emoji.

Helen has always been open about having filler, previously showing off her new plump pout after getting lip filler in January 2023, shortly after her split with footballer Scott Sinclair. Explaining the procedure at the time, Helen said: “I’ve got big lips, but my bottom lip was bigger and because I’ve been overlining my top lip, I wanted a little bit of filler to even them out,” as she went on to admit she’d had botox in the past. However, she advised her fans: “Don’t do anything when you’re too young. “I’m 32 now. I have Botox and that’s my choice. I support women whatever choices they make. I thought about this for a long time before going ahead with it.”

In February 2023, the star also admitted to having a boob job after her breasts were left ‘really saggy’ after breastfeeding her three children. In a candid Instagram video, Helen admitted she had had the surgery to give her boobs an uplift. Speaking to her followers, Helen said: “I wanted to pop on here. I’m actually really nervous about sharing this actually but I’ve had a boob job. “I had it done on Thursday. Yeah, so I’m in recovery at the moment,” she said. “I have been really nervous about sharing this, because you always get some, like, not very nice comments or what have you. It’s just something that I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence.

Obviously I am very much for body confidence, and very much for supporting other women, but supporting women in all choices that they decide to do.” Helen confirmed her relationship with Robbie Talbot earlier this year while taking part in Celebs Go Dating.
