The 34 year old took to social media on Wednesday, 4 August to share the news in an Instagram Story. Announcing the news to her 2.4 million followers, the TV personality shared a black background alongside the words: “Welcome to the world, my love.” In the corner of the post read the date: “9.3.24”. The exciting news comes after Lala opened up about her desire to have another child while on Vanderpump Rules. During one episode of the show, the TV star, who also has a three year old daughter, Ocean, spoke about the potential to expand her brood.

“I want another baby so badly. My child is like fully speaking. She’s very excited about the thought of a sibling,” she said. “I don’t want a baby daddy. It’s not happening. There’s no changing my mind.” Meanwhile, back in January, the podcast host spoke to Cosmopolitan about how she was conceiving her second child via intrauterine insemination (IUI), where sperm is surgically place into the uterus, and that she was using a sperm donor. “And when I had my life go in a very different direction, I knew I wanted more kids. It was such a strange thing that was happening because everyone would tell me, ‘You’re going to find somebody’,” she explained.

“And I got to thinking, Why does my wanting more children need to involve another person? I think if there’s a will, there’s a way. I knew a donor was an option, and I knew IUI was an option.” Two months after the interview, Lala revealed in March that she was pregnant with her second baby. In an adorable black and white snap, Lala showed off her blossoming baby bump as she made the announcement. “I’m expanding my pod,” she captioned the post.

In response to the announcement, Lala’s followers rushed to the comments section to show their support for the TV icon. “ITS ALL HAPPENING!!!! Couldn’t be any happier for you. I love you and your family sooooo much!!!,” wrote one. “I’m so happy for you!!!!!!! love you guys so much can’t wait to meet this little angel,” another added. A third wrote: “Congratulations, you are a wonderful Mother and Ocean is going to be a wonderful Big Sister!!!” Another added: “Over the moon for you girl!
