Yet, it’s the newcomer John who’s raising suspicions among fans, who suspect he might be hiding something despite revealing his background as an army medic, reports Leeds Live. Tracy Metcalfe’s (Amy Walsh) interaction with John in the village intensified the mystery. When Tracy detected the smell of smoke, John eerily revealed: “There was a fire at the farm.” Her concern grew as she probed about the extent of the fire, and John ominously replied: “Pretty much as bad as it gets.” Anxiety increased as she pressed for details on who was involved in the calamity and their conditions. “Moira, Ruby, and Will were taken to hospital,” John conceded, but when pushed for details on their condition, he grimly admitted: “I don’t know. They weren’t in a good way, it didn’t look good.”
