Privacy NoticeRylan Clark has been spreading joy on social media, sharing a series of sun-drenched holiday pictures. The much-loved BBC Radio 2 personality recently jetted off for a well-deserved break – and it was a family affair. The TV favourite was accompanied by his beloved mum Linda, who has captured hearts with her Celebrity Gogglebox stints and charming phone-ins on Rylan’s Radio 2 show. They weren’t alone, though. Friends joined them for their Marbella getaway in Spain, which thankfully didn’t end in disaster like their previous trip. You might remember that last year, Rylan had to abruptly take time off work when it emerged that Linda had suffered a serious fall while vacationing in Spain with him.

She tragically broke her arm and leg during what was her first trip abroad in many years. Rylan spared no expense for Linda’s comfort, arranging a private medical jet to fly her back to the UK last September. Linda, who also has Crohn’s disease, has since been focusing on her recovery. Fast forward to now, and Rylan couldn’t look happier to be overseas again with Linda, as evidenced by the slew of snaps and clips he posted from their holiday. Among the shared moments was a stunning shot of the duo by the beach at sunset and lively city scenes, reports the Manchester Evening News.

In his heartfelt post, Rylan told his millions of followers: “The best holiday. Sad to be home but amazing memories.” He even added in the comments: “Scroll along to see Linda loving life.” Rylan’s social media followers were all over the moon with his recent posts. “I love how you love your Mum,” wrote one. “I just love your relationship with your mum,” another added. “You Rylan are a special lovely person and I love how you love your mum. You look like you’ve made some wonderful memories,” a third said. “You all look like you’ve had the best time! ! And nothing got broken bonus,” added another.

Meanwhile, someone else added: “Linda looks like so much fun…you and Linda have such a loving relationship..I bet Linda is one proud mum @rylan and you are one proud son.” The wholesome trip comes after Rylan was left in tears while reading a letter from the late Caroline Flack. In a nostalgic YouTube video called Every Item I Stole (and kept) from X Factor 2012,’ he came across the sweet memento from the beloved TV presenter. “Oh my god, I am going to cry,” he said as he picked up the letter. Reading it aloud, he said: “Rylan, massive congratulations on making it through to the live shows. Here is a gift to welcome you to your new home.
