The presenter, 49, playfully quizzed her co-host Dermot O’Leary on his own weekend plans before cheekily revealing her rendezvous with her beau. Reports suggest Alison is romantically linked with 27 year old masseur David Putman since late last year. Beaming with anticipation, Alison confessed that she hasn’t seen her boyfriend for some time as he was away, expressing eagerness to rekindle their romance over the weekend. Sharing with viewers, she quipped: “I’m going to spend it with my son… and maybe my boyfriend… who knows, who knows?” Dermot couldn’t resist a friendly jibe, leaving Alison in giggles as she elaborated: “I’m very excited about this weekend, I can’t wait. Basically, my boyfriend’s been away on holiday and I haven’t seen him for a while. He’s coming back tomorrow, I can’t wait!”

Whispers have been circulating that Alison and her younger sweetheart are not just enjoying each other’s company but may also be talking about tying the knot. Insiders claim the telly icon, who has impressively shed 11 stone, is aiming to “look her best” for the future, reports the Mirror. The pair allegedly met when Alison booked a £150 massage with David and their friendship blossomed into romance by the end of 2023. A source close to Alison told OK! Magazine that she’s “the most content” she’s been “for a long time”, as both her career and personal life are thriving. The insider revealed: “Her career is going from strength to strength and she loves being on This Morning with Dermot and audiences love her and she is very in demand. “She’s also lost quite a bit of weight and while she’s always been happy with her body no matter what size, she feels very healthy and has been working out a lot more and taking care of herself. She’s glowing!”

Speaking about her new relationship, the source said: “They went through some tough times when they first started going out but David has made her believe in love again and has restored her faith in men. “Add in the fact that she is very happy in her new relationship and has got Aidan’s approval and Alison couldn’t be happier. They have talked about marriage and although it’s quite soon, Alison would love to get married one day.
