Privacy Notice The next three celebrites to compete in the next series of Dancing on Ice have been announced, and they are The Only Way is Essex legend Dan Edgar, Love Island’s Chris Taylor and Hollyoaks star, Chelsee Healey. Talking to Heart Radio about joining the competition, Dan said: “I’m looking forward to it but the thought of the live shows and performing is very real.” Dan added: “I like to think I can ice skate a little bit but I’m a terrible dancer so that bit is going to need some work.” Dan has been at the centre of TOWIE drama recently after striking up a relationship with Ella Rae Wise after his split from co-star Amber Turner.

Dan Edgar will be ditching the drama of Essex for the ice rink

Hollyoaks star Chelsee who plays Goldie McQueen in the soap will also be taking to the ice rink when the show airs in the coming months. On joining the series, Chelsee said: “I’m ready, I’m good to go, let’s go! I’ve got a bit of rhythm but skating on ice is completely different, I’m excited. I’m most excited for the live shows, getting to perform live every week will give me a buzz, I can’t wait for the live shows.” Chelsee hasn’t been seen on screens during the soap recently as she’s been taking time out after welcoming her second daughter, Cooki, in December last year.
