While cosy on the sofa with sister Ellie on the latest episode, Izzy announced that she called it quits with her long-term partner Grant whom she’d been with for years, even sharing lovely snaps since 2014. The Leeds duo were a family unit with two kiddos, Bobby and Bessie Rose, but they went their separate ways 18 months ago. Izzi got candid about the split and laid out her very own ‘Mary Poppins’ list of the qualities she wants in her next romance – from essentials like being kind-hearted and having a squeaky-clean police record to nice perks like owning a great car and whipping up tasty meals. She fired off her wishlist after sister Ellie nudged her for details, saying: “My partner who is practically perfect in every way, do you want to hear it? It’s quite extensive.”

“I’ve separated it into essentials and nice-to-haves. So on the essentials we’ve got: hardworking, open-minded, kind, attractive, good with money, clean criminal record, zero drugs police/no drink problem, emotional intelligence, full head of hair, patient, discreet, loyal, supports my hobbies, wants to be my plus one,” she revealed, according to Birmingham Live. “And then nice to haves: nice teeth, nice car, generous, good style, taller than me, cooks nice dinners. So hence why I’ve been single for the last 18 months.” Izzi has left fans gobsmacked after revealing her single status on the show, prompting a flurry of surprised reactions on social media. One fan tweeted in disbelief: “Wait, Izzi is single? #Gogglebox,” while another echoed the sentiment, saying, “Izzi single? I never knew that”, reports the Mirror. A third was equally astonished, asking, “Wait what did izzy say that she was single? ” The revelation comes after Izzi was praised back in May for her ‘first solo’ holiday with her children to Disney, where she shared a heartwarming video montage of their trip.

She reflected on the experience, saying, “This was my first solo trip abroad with kids and I just threw myself in at the deep end but I am so glad I did! It was super tiring but so worth it for the memories we’ve made. This won’t be my last trip with them now I’ve done the first but maybe somewhere a bit more relaxing next time.” Her Gogglebox co-star Baasit Siddiqui showed his support, commenting: “Awww looks like you had an amazing time. Well done for being outnumbered! It’s hard enough when both me and Mel have the munchkins together! ” In other news, Izzi recently announced a new addition to her family, introducing her Instagram followers to her horse. Overjoyed, she shared, “It honestly feels like a childhood dream come true. I feel so lucky to have found such a special girl to make memories with.” She also revealed her horse’s name, adding, “Some things are just meant to Bea.” Izzi, from the popular TV duo Ellie and Izzi on Gogglebox, excitedly shared about her new horse on Instagram. When a curious fan questioned, “Is the horse for you or the kids? ” she clarified with a laugh that her new equine friend is just for her, adding, “She’s 15.2hh and built like a table so no. You just can’t see her size from front on.” Another follower chimed in, saying, “Look at her feet.
