Privacy NoticeCelebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins came to an end on Monday 14 October, with reality star Georgia Harrison and professional boxer Lani Daniels the two winners of the gruelling competition. Now, Georgia has taken to social media to share her “grim” wounds, posting a photo of the blisters on her heels and the palms of her hands that she got during training for the series. The former Love Island star captioned the photos with the words: “My poor feet. I know this photo is grim and it’s giving run fat boy run but this is the reality of how hard I pushed my body for the course.” She also noted the injuries on her palms were from trainer Gary “teaching me to monkey bar”.

She added: “Essentially I am so grateful to everyone that helped me on my journey. From army crawling through duck poo at @target_fitness to swimming fully clothed in the Norfolk sea at @no1fitnessretreats all with my amazing mum cheering me on it’s you guys that made me achieve everything I did and I’m eternally thank full xxxx.” Sharing photos and videos from her training, including learning to box, swimming through rapids and taking ice baths, Georgia gave a look behind the scenes at the extremely hard work she put in for the series, noting that when she first started, her coach Gary, who she describes as “ex military and not normal whatsoever in the best way possible” paired her in the boxing ring with a man because he knew she was scared that would happen on the training course. Her friends and fans rushed to comment on her post, with glamour model Nicola McLean writing “Smashed it!” while singer Becky Hill said: “You’re a tough b***h, I’m in awe.” Sign up to OK!’s TV newsletter to get updates sent to your inbox for free

Georgia and Lani faced gruelling challenges throughout the series in New Zealand, from abseiling and rescue missions to terrifying simulations and mock ambushes. In the final episode, Georgia faced one of the worst tasks when she was locked in a dog cage while fellow contestants Bianca Gascoigne and Lani threw cold water over her. Talking to The Sun, Georgia said that it was one of the “hardest” things she has ever done. She said: “I really did think that the interrogation was going to be easy, because I would watch it on TV and think, ‘If that was me, I wouldn’t be shaking on the floor,’ but I really underestimated it. “I was thinking that I could meditate through it, but it’s just so, so tough. You lose all understanding of your surroundings. I was definitely hallucinating. It’s awful, excruciatingly hard, degrading, demoralising and one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life.” Story SavedYou can find this story in My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
