Privacy NoticeThis Morning’s Ben Shephard has given his fans a sneak peek into his luxurious home in London. The 49 year old ITV host shares the lavish property in the west of the capital with his wife, interior designer Annie, and their two sons, Sam, 18, and Jack, 15. The couple, who have been together since 1995 and tied the knot in 2004, spent a year renovating their dream house before moving in back in 2016. The property is estimated to be worth an impressive £4 million. It’s rare to get an insight into Ben’s family life with his wife Annie and rarely-seen teen sons, Sam and Jack. His family life is something he keeps notoriously private, although he did once admit that Annie was ‘annoyed’ over his relationship with his mum. The Essex-born presenter, who hosted Good Morning Britain for many years alongside stars including Kate Garraway and Susanna Reid, before quitting in late February, often gives Instagram followers a glimpse of his stunning home, showing off its beautiful interior and exterior decor.

Fans also got a glimpse of his scenic garden through large French doors and windows. While Annie prefers to stay out of the limelight, she frequently showcases her incredible home decor and design skills on social media, attracting a following of 11,700 garden enthusiasts on Instagram. Their beautiful home also features a pristine living room complete with plush green sofas, candlesticks on a large wooden table, and a massive wall-mounted flat screen TV above a fireplace.

Annie, who has a background as a design consultant specialising in interiors and gardens, loves to unwind in their grand garden which she affectionately calls her “happy place” on her socials. She mentioned, “I’ve been building this garden myself for three years. It’s a labour of love.”

This charming outdoor space includes apple trees, an inviting fire pit on the patio and numerous veggie plots. The host of Tipping points frequently enjoys time at the fire pit with his lads, toasting marshmallows or enjoying a family barbecue. Following a barbecue session, Ben captioned a recent Instagram photo from his patio: “Post BBQ, marshmallow toasting! We also threw a bit of last years school work in the pit to purge the boys school pain! “.

TV star Ben started making waves on television back in 1998 with his first gig on Channel 4’s The Bigger Breakfast, a spin-off of the perennial morning show The Big Breakfast. He later embarked on a longstanding role with ITV as a GMTV presenter from 2000 until 2010, and even popped up in an episode of the legendary sitcom Friends in 2002, credited simply as ‘Man with microphone’. From 2004 to 2006, Ben was the host of The X Factor’s behind-the-scenes show, The Xtra Factor. Back in the summer of 2021, Ben had to undergo surgery after he ended up rupturing his ACL and tearing the meniscus in his knee. Earlier this year, it was revealed that Ben and former SMTV Live host Cat Deeley, 47, would be stepping into the shoes of Holly Willoughby, 43, and Phillip Schofield, 62, on This Morning, presenting the show from Monday to Thursday.Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
