The former TOWIE star, 32, who welcomed her first child, Landon, with fiancé Oliver Burke, shared a bundle of adorable photos to mark his first week. Taking to Instagram on Sunday, 13 October, the doting new mum wrote: “The best week of my life. I’ve been capturing every moment from the birth until now, would you guys like to see soon? Ps rip my ankles.” The photos that followed showed moments in the hospital before giving birth, meeting her baby boy for the first time, and spending time at their home in Germany while in their blissful baby bubble.

Megan, who kept fans updated throughout her pregnancy, held her son’s head in one photo with a muslin cloth as he drifted off to sleep on her lap. The family also captured the moment Landon was introduced to family members with various Polaroid photos. One adorable snap was caught of Landon as he snoozed during a cuddle while sporting a tiny smile, and another showed him with wide eyes while lying in his cushioned bed. The former reality TV star also showed the moment before she gave birth as she sat on a hospital bed while in a gown and cradled her bump. After welcoming her baby boy via a C-section, Megan shared a photo holding Landon for the first time with Oliver nearby, supporting his wife-to-be. Staying as open as possible with her followers, Megan also showed her swollen ankles and time spent in hospital where she looked at the camera with a straight face while holding her son underneath a blanket.

Fans were delighted with the honest and heartwarming photos from her first week as a mum and flooded the comments. One wrote: “Beautiful moments to remember forever!” A second penned: “So beautiful enjoy every moment.” “Megan, he’s beautiful and looks like his daddy @oliverjburke. Happy times, thank you for sharing your journey, it’s magical xx,” a third said. Another also commented: “Beautiful family photos. You have a gorgeous baby boy & he already looks aware.” While one more added: “Newborn bubble is just the best, beautiful family.”

Megan announced she had given birth to a baby boy, who weighed a healthy 9.2 pounds, on Wednesday, 9 October. She confirmed his name as Landon Henry Burke and shared various clips from the birth and the first days that followed with their newborn son. She even shared the intimate moment that he arrived via C-section.
