Sarah Ferguson was approached by the BBC to appear in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing 20th anniversary special – but has turned it down. An “extremely well-placed source” told The Express that Sarah, 64, was approached by the BBC several months ago, wanting to make her a star signing to the ballroom competition. “There was an approach earlier this year,” said the TV source. However, it seems that Sarah and her team were not even set to consider the offer.
