It comes as the couple have been busy touring the South American country during their second official trip of the year. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex truly embraced the local vibe in Colombia as they lit up the dance floor with their moves at a renowned event in the world’s salsa capital of Cali, marking their four-day visit. In footage from the day, Meghan pulled Harry in close before sharing a passionate kiss to finish their dance. The video from the day also showed them sharing a loving hug as they swayed together and enjoyed the candid moment. Harry and Meghan had been visiting Jóvenes en Cali, a youth organisation in the city, at Unidad Recreativa El Vallado on Saturday, 17 August as part of their Colombian tour.

Speaking to the students at the salsa event, Harry said: “I hope you understand how much your actions impact the people and children in your communities. “The path you’ve chosen will inspire and drive change for hundreds, even thousands, of young people.” Embarking on what seems to be their most ambitious tour to date, Harry and Meghan captured hearts from the moment they landed in Colombia last Thursday. Showing no hesitation in diving into the local scene, they’ve been fraternising with pupils at Colegio Cultura Popular, among other cultural activities, reports the Mirror. On Sunday, the Sussexes carried on with their Colombian adventure, rubbing shoulders with dignitaries and locals alike. Their visit to a charter school was part of The Archewell Foundation’s ongoing mission to understand the impact of the digital world on young people.

The Sussexes have built strong connections with Colombia, notably being the only Latin American country to participate in the Invictus Games, an event founded by Harry. This visit acts as a warm-up to the first Global Ministerial Conference on Ending Violence Against Children, set to happen in Colombia this November.
