Privacy NoticePrince Harry and Meghan Markle were ‘on cloud nine’ during their trip to Colombia, as the couple’s ‘undeniable chemistry’ was revealed by a body language expert. The pair have recently wrapped up their four-day trip to Colombia, which bore resemblances to official Royal tours, filled with school visits, cultural engagements, forum discussions, and cheering on Invictus Games competitors, and included a memorable moment where they got hands-on with drum lessons. Body language expert Darren Stanton, speaking for Betfair Roulette, has dissected Harry and Meghan’s behaviour during their four-day stay – including the Duke and Duchess’ intimate salsa dance routine.

He commented: “When Harry and Meghan were touring the village of San Basilio de Palenque in Colombia, we saw them at their most confident. They embodied the definition of a power couple as they strolled hand in hand, exchanging smiles with each other and those around them. They radiated positivity as they demonstrated their shared commitment to their mission. Their matching pace and mirrored movements suggested emotional synchronicity. They felt on top of the world.” Darren noted that the couple showed ‘undeniable passion’, as they ‘couldn’t tear their eyes away from each other’ while dancing.

The pair truly embraced the local vibe in Colombia as they lit up the dance floor with their moves at a renowned event in the world’s salsa capital of Cali, marking their four-day visit. In footage from the day, Meghan pulled Harry in close before sharing a passionate kiss to finish their dance. “Harry and Meghan shared a dance as they visited the Caribbean coast. This intimate exchange was filled with undeniable passion – they couldn’t keep their eyes off each other,” Darren says.

Darren went on to describe the couple’s chemistry: “Harry took the lead by initiating the dance. He wanted to connect with his wife on a deeper level. We see this demonstrated through Harry taking Meghan’s hand and pulling her closer towards him. When they were letting their hair down and having a dance, Meghan and Harry gazed into each other’s eyes and both had their arms wrapped around each other.  “Their bodies were completely in sync. Towards the end, Meghan took control as she leaned towards Harry, placed her hands on his cheeks and pulled him in for a kiss. This proves Meghan liked that Harry took the lead – but she isn’t afraid to go for what she wants.” On the concluding day of their tour, the Duke and Duchess attended a forum focusing on Afro-women and power. The Duchess graced the stage to deliver a heartfelt speech, where she acknowledged Harry for empowering her and ensuring her voice was heard.

Amidst engaging in educational activities, school visits, and cultural exchanges, the central message of the Sussexes’ visit has been to discuss the challenges of social media. This aligns with their commitment to promoting online safety. Analysing other key moments between the couple, the expert also explained how the pair felt ‘as powerful as ever’ over the weekend, with Meghan appearing ‘at home’ when she spoke during a panel. Darren says it was the most ‘honest and open’ display we’ve seen from the Duchess in a long time.

“When we saw Meghan speaking on the panel, she came across as calm and collected, while being completely authentic. All the way through, she’s congruent with her body language and facial expressions. We’ve been exposed to a very confident side to Meghan, as she displayed no signs of hesitation or feeling tension.”Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
