The 43 year old star took to Instagram to show off his £5,000 garden addition and it looks like the perfect spot to enjoy an al-fresco dining experience in. The savvy star has found a brilliant way to socialise in the warmth of his home with friends, while following the government’s coronavirus rules. And wasting no time in enjoying the space, Danny told the camera: “This is a dome I built with my own hands,” while knocking on the glass.

Danny was joined by Inbetweeners star James Buckley and his wife Clair Meek, and they captured the dining experience on their blog. Danny, who said he once punched his way out of a wardrobe, was joined by his wife Joanne Mas, and they all held up cocktails while dining in the pod. Danny’s creation looks very cosy and features a table with gorgeous place settings and flowers. There’s a space for a beautiful retro vinyl player too, which sits on top of a gold table in the corner.

Danny and guests discussed farting and made jokes while sat around the table, as Danny said he likes the fact there’s a lot of “fart chat” on James’ vlog. The group enjoyed drinks and dinner surrounded by balloons, and as the night grew darker they put on some disco lights while eating. Danny and James, 33, have been pals for a long time, and the Inbetweeners actor attended Danny’s wedding in 2017.

Danny’s meal in the igloo comes after his daughter Dani Dyer’s boyfriend Sammy was revealed to be facing prison after he plead guilty to charges of fraud on Monday 19 April. He had originally pleaded not guilty to the charges last week, but changed his plea as he made his latest appearance in court.
