Lewis shared a heartfelt tribute to to his girlfriend as she celebrated her birthday, posting a loved-up snap of them with the caption: “Happy birthday baby you have achieved so much already in your life and I am so proud of you 23 is your year.” Former tennis player Lewis was first reported to be dating Lottie back in July, with them going public with their romance the following month. Now, it appears the smitten couple have moved in with each other, with Lewis sharing a video of a happy Lottie waving keys around in her hand in front of a house.

Sharing a kiss inside, Lottie coined it “the best day” as she hugged her boyfriend.
