Privacy NoticeMy Mum Your Dad star Tollulah made a surprise appearance on Big Brother last night. The 50 year old mum took to her Instagram to announce something ‘exciting’ and later revealed that daughter, Georgia-Blue, was invited to the chat show with Will Best as the host. She said, while making her way to the studio: “Guys I am off to watch my kid do something really cool tonight. I’m so proud of her. She is so coming into her own and I am always going to 100% support her but yes it is exciting. Something really cool tonight so keep your eyes peeled.” She later shared a video of Georgia and her in the audience of Big Brother Late and Live and said: “the funniest side mission ever”. Tollulah was on the debut series on the hit ITV dating series for single parents last year, fronted by Davina McCall. The 50-year-old from London joined the show with 28-year-old daughter Georgia-Blue, who described her mum as the “luckiest, unlucky person in love.”
The pair starred on MMYD in 2023
When speaking about her interest in finding love, Tolullah, a design consultant and journalist, said she was ready for true romance and open up her heart. “Looks fade, everything goes south, and I value kindness so much more now. It’s not just being kind to me, but to everyone,” she said. The contestant confessed about her dating history and revealed that she was always “traditional” but things are set to change ahead of her debut on the show in 2023. “In my 20s, I didn’t think about what I wanted, I let men pick me. I was always quite traditional and wanted the man to take the lead. For that reason I’d always end up in relationships with men who pursued me. Now, I am more intentional in my dating. I want to pick you,” Tolullah explained.

I think we lose a lot of years putting other people first,” she continued on what advice she’d give younger daters. “I think it’s good to be selfish when you’re young. “Even if things don’t work out, you did what was right for you. I left my whole music career for a man when I was young. And I’m not saying I regret it, but I was trying to please others. Always put yourself first, you will never regret it.” And this life mantra is certainly something Tolullah has passed down to her chartered accountant daughter Georgia-Blu, who actually nominated her mum for the show hosted by Davina McCall.
Tollulah was originally unlucky in love
Georgia was also in the audience of the show
“She’s not great at listening to her own advice,” Georgia-Blu laughed when asked about what her mum gets wrong about dating. But one thing is for sure, Tollulah’s daughter’s heart is definitely in the right place, “I think my mum is such a good catch. Growing up, I’ve never really seen her in a really long settled relationship and that’s something I’ve always wanted for her. “I nominated her so she would get a chance to meet someone who she can settle down with, she really deserves it.”Story SavedYou can find this story in My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
