Privacy NoticeFormer Love Island star Olivia Hawkins has sparked a feud with Casa Amor’s Diamante Laiva following her ‘detrimental’ comments about fellow islander Jess White. Diamante, who recently left the villa, has shockingly labelled Jess a “bully” and claimed her behaviour is damaging to her personal brand. While appearing on the Kiss Fresh podcast, alongside former Love Island star Ruby Dale, Diamante said: “If Jess was here right now I’d just tell her, listen, you’re not the prize, you’re a bully. “You need to stop bullying people because it not a good look. I don’t know if she feels like doing this is giving her props, but the girls in the villa are intimated by Jess and I don’t think that’s a good dynamic to have when you’re supposed to be getting along with people.”

Ruby added to the conversation: “She’s not being straight up, she’s just bullying.” Liv, who appeared on series nine of Love Island in 2023 and was given the ‘villain edit’, has hit back at the claims made by Diamante towards Jess. Liv took to Instagram to air her thoughts and reposted the video from the podcast where they had spoken about Jess. In a lengthy caption, Liv said: “So disgusted by this interview. Calling someone a bully on a big radio show can be so detrimental. “There’s definitely better ways you can articulate yourself. Jess and other Islanders don’t deserve the nasty treatment they’re getting.” She then appeared to give a warning to Diamante as she added: “Lets not add fuel to the fire, especially someone whose been on the show and knows how it can be coming out.”

Liv defended Jess over the comments made about her on the podcast
After leaving the Love Island villa, Liv faced her own backlash and was accused of toxic femininity for her behaviour towards the boys. Defending herself at the time, Liv spoke about the edits that were made and how it was “never about the girls bashing the boys.” She said: “I had many times when I was in tears that wasn’t shown on TV. There were real emotions. “Maybe it was a case of big personalities clashing, it was so intense and arguments are inevitable when we were in a confined space together 24 hours a day. But it was definitely not a case of toxic femininity.” Liv added: “When people meet me they will see the real me, I’m definitely not a villain”, before she said: “I’m a genuinely lovely person.”Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
