The 33 year old former TOWIE star couldn’t resist sparking a fiery confrontation with the blonde beauty as he tried to call her out for not being truthful during a challenge. When asked which boy she would couple up with if she wasn’t pursuing a connection with Reuben Collins, 25 year old Grace chose Josh. This seemed to trigger Joey, who suggested that she still had feelings for him and would have chosen him if she was being “totally honest”.

“I feel like if Grace was being totally honest she would’ve written my name,’ Joey remarked. ‘Stop trying to mix the pot, it’s so boring,’ Grace retorted. As the game went on, Jessy Potts revealed that Joey, who’s cousin Chloe revealed that she liked his former flame Grace, isn’t happy about her friendship with Grace. “He doesn’t like me being friends with Grace,” she disclosed. “It’s giving Joey’s not over the situation with Grace…you’re so bothered about it,” Matilda Draper, who has two TOWIE admirers, added. Matilda’s comments seemed to echo the sentiments of viewers, as fans took to X, previously known as Twitter, to express their belief that Joey’s behaviour is ‘creepy’, he is ‘obsessed’ and still harbours feelings for Grace.

Jessy, get rid of him and keep Grace!” A third chimed: “Idk how Jessy hasn’t gotten the ick and dropped Joey yet he’s actually obsessed with Grace and so embarrassing,” while a fourth added: “Joey is actually obsessed with grace and very much not over her lol.” Later on in the day, Jessy and Joey head for a chat to discuss the dramatic fallout from the day’s challenge, and Jessy admits: “It was the whole bringing up you and Grace again. I just thought it was completely unnecessary, I was embarrassed because of how bothered you were.”

Speaking of their friendship Joey says: “It’s hard enough having an ex walking around the Villa, let alone being best friends with the girl you’re coupled up with.” He adds: “You’re best friends with a girl who I do feel has strong feelings for me, it’s very weird. I feel like she has latched on to you, because she can’t have me.” As Jessy quips back: “This is a red flag for me. How can you treat someone you had feelings for in that way….
