ITV’s racing pundit Matt Chapman revealed he’s been in touch with Mr Hunt after the heartbreaking incident last week. In a conversation with the BBC, Matt shared how much Mr Hunt cherished his family and conveyed a heartfelt message that Mr Hunt had imparted as he grapples with the recent tragedy. “He told me: ‘Matty, the message I would tell everyone is you never know when it’s going to be the last day you see your family’,” recounted Matt.

Continuing their statement, they said: “As you can imagine, this is an extremely difficult time for us, and we need time and space to come to terms with what has happened and start the grieving process. While this is happening, we would ask that our privacy and that of our wider family and relations be respected at this time. Thank you.” This comes after over two hundred mourners gathered at the Sacred Heart of Jesus and St John the Evangelist Church on High Street last Friday evening to pay their respects. Following an intense search, Hertfordshire Police confirmed the arrest of suspect Kyle Clifford, 26, on Wednesday afternoon found in a graveyard after a widespread manhunt. Detective Superintendent Rob Hall, head of the investigation team from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire major crime unit, mentioned that their enquiries are proceeding quickly.
