Privacy Notice Peter Andre has addressed the time that he accidentally caught a famous TV presenter sunbathing topless while on holiday. During an interview on Kate Thornton ’s White Wine Question Time podcast, the 51-year-old former X Factor host opened up about the time that a relaxing girls’ holiday left her red faced after she bumped into the Mysterious Girl singer while doing a spot of sunbathing. “I was away with some girl friends and I was really happy to have a week off from the grind of being the editor and I’m going kick back and relax, it’s going to be great, I’m going to forget about pop music for a while and anything to do with work,” she began.

“I’m laid there on the beach and my friend kept saying ‘why don’t you sunbathe topless’ and I was like ‘just in case I run into anybody’.” Despite her initial reluctance, Kate revealed that she eventually decided to go topless – only to bump into 51 year old Peter just moments later. “I thought, ‘yeah, sod it’. So I took my top off and I’m sunbathing topless, and I’d been there about an hour, and then suddenly this shadow comes over me and I hear ‘g’day’ and it was you and you saw my boobs,” she laughed.

In response to the embarrassing story, Peter, who also opened up about heading to hospital with potassium poisoning, could be seen laughing as he put his head in his hands, before responding: “How funny”. The story comes after OK! columnist Peter appeared on ITV’s Lorraine show where he discussed becoming a dad again. While on the show, the conversation also turned to Peter’s 17 year age gap with wife Emily. “There are little differences – music is one of the things I have noticed,” he revealed. “You know when they say something like ‘ahh this is an old classic’ and it’s from like 2015.

“Like what do you mean an old classic? We’re thinking seventies and eighties are old classics. But no, it’s how you are with each other [that matters].” Having welcomed his third child with wife Emily MacDonagh earlier this year, Peter also shone a light on how he was navigating the sleep aspect of looking after a newborn. “Whatever I say is never going to be as little as the sleep that Emily gets because she is breastfeeding so I can’t complain – it’s definitely trying the lack of sleep but it’s such a blessing isn’t it? She’s so beautiful,” he said.Story SavedYou can find this story in My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK! MagazineFacebookTwitterCommentMore OnPeter Andre
