Privacy NoticeCorrie enthusiasts were gobsmacked when a familiar face from the past popped up on their screens, but not where they expected! The actor, who left the cobbles nearly two decades ago, made a surprise appearance on Emmerdale, causing quite the stir among soap fans. Remember Trevor Dwyer-Lynch? He’s best known for his role as cheeky cab driver Patrick Tussel, Eileen Grimshaw’s (portrayed by Sue Cleaver) old mate. Patrick rolled into our lives in December 2002 and quickly became a hit with viewers, especially when he started a romance with Janice Battersby (played by Vicky Entwistle) and clashed with her ex Les Battersby (Bruce Jones). The last time we saw the Street Cars favourite was in January 2005, hobbling around with crutches after a mishap with his own car. It’s been nearly 20 years since he’s graced the streets of Weatherfield, reports the Express.
