Alison was clearly excited about their guests, exclaiming: “How good was that?! So, so good.” Dermot echoed her enthusiasm, adding: “That is fantastic, that’s the best version of our theme tune ever!” The hosts thanked the world champion beatboxers, The Beatbox Collective, as Alison welcomed everyone to the show. She commented: “Welcome to your Wednesday’s This Morning everyone, thank you to our world champion beatboxers, the best box collective.”

But the new intro didn’t sit well with some fans as complaints quickly flooded in. One viewer bluntly commented: “Make it stop!!!!” While another added: “That annoying sh**e means I will not be watching anymore today,” reports the Express. “Evil grief, that was cringe,” reeled another with one viewer commenting: “It’s going to be a long morning.”

Some were simply baffled, with one asking: “What f***ed up nonsense is this? ” and another just tweeting: “Cringe.” (sic) Despite the mixed reception, Alison and Dermot mentioned that The Beatbox Collective would be back later in the programme to give a beatboxing tutorial. Although it seemed like Alison had already tried her hand at it before going on air.

A clip was then shown to people of Alison giving an impromptu rap performance before the broadcast began. After playing the hilarious video for the audience, she couldn’t contain her laughter as she said: “I should’ve dropped the mic! ” Dermot was quick to praise her skills, calling her amazing and leading another round of applause for the beatbox group that joined in.
