She added “I miss her immensely and that love won’t ever fade”. Friend Keith O’Connell described her death as “so sudden, so unexpected”. “Not going to lie, very few things in my life hit me as hard as your passing… You had so much left to live. So much love to give,” he wrote earlier this month.

Raechelle was a successful bodybuilder and fitness coach

“You were, still are, and always will be one of the kindest beautiful souls I will ever have experienced.” In an Instagram post shared shortly before her death, Raechelle wrote about overcoming setbacks in life, writing; “Growth can be painful, change can be painful but nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong.” Raechelle leaves behind five children, who she had been raising as a single mother following a split from her husband following fourteen years together in 2015.

Raechelle was a regular competitor in bodybuilding competitions

In an article about leaving a “toxic relationship”, she wrote : “I am now raising my children alone, even though in hindsight I was all along anyway. “And honestly, even though I’m nearly nine months pregnant with soon to be two babies and a total of five children, I feel the most confident and empowered I have felt in a very long time. “My confidence is slowly coming back and I am now able to start making positive goals and plans for myself and my children’s future. My kids are also the most happy they have been and maybe the most important point is the example I have set.”Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
