Privacy NoticeAlison Hammond looked stunning during Friday’s episode of This Morning, as she dressed to impress in a black and white shirt, showing off her incredible weight loss. The TV presenter, 49, wore a flattering black and white patterned shirt dress as she hosted Friday’s instalment with Dermot O’Leary. Adding a pop of colour to her outfit, Alison stunned as she added gold jewellery and a pair of flat gold sandals, wearing her hair in bouncy curls. The star has been looking amazing with her summery outfits all week, opting for a zebra-print dress on Tuesday’s episode and a leopard-print maxi dress on Thursday’s show. It comes after Alison revealed in 2022 that she had cut out sugar to help her shed the pounds. At her heaviest, the star weighed 20 stone, and embarked on her weight loss journey in 2020, shortly after her mother tragically passed away. Alison replaced Matt Lucas as a co-host of The Great British Bake Off in 2023, and has previously explained how she put on a stone during her first year on the show as she tasted every bake from every show, which lead her to come up with a strict rule for herself.

On Thursday’s episode Dermot announced it would be the pair’s last show for some time,” after filling in for regulars Cat Deeley and Ben Shepard over the summer. “I know, I know, my last day. I’m going on holiday bubs, it’s time,” Alison laughed as she joked she ‘needed a break’.
