The first series was a smash hit, peaking at 3.1 million viewers and maintaining its popularity on ITVX with an impressive 5.9 million streams. Paul Mortimer, Director of Reality and Acquisitions at ITV, couldn’t contain his excitement about the upcoming season, saying “The Fortune Hotel proved to be genuine, talked about television, captivating the audience from start to finish with its ingenious format and numerous twists and turns. Highly acclaimed by viewers and the Press, we’re thrilled to be bringing this wonderful show back for a second season.”

In an unexpected turn of events, Jo-Anne and Will kindly gave away £5,000 from their massive prize pot to the married pair, Samm and Aysha.
