Privacy NoticeAnnie Kilner’s love life was once again put under the microscope last week as it was revealed she has filed for divorce from Manchester City ace Kyle Walker, six months after giving birth to their fourth child together. And someone who will understand what she’s going through is former TOWIE star Billi Mucklow, who has been dealing with her own romantic turmoil since her split from her footballer husband Andy Carroll was revealed in September. With both WAGs facing the looming ordeal of divorce, a source tells OK! that Annie and Billi are supporting one another as they find themselves in similar situations during this difficult time. “Billi reached out to Annie to show her support when everything with Kyle came out, she wanted to show her that people were there for her and it would be OK. Both girls are going through similar things and while Annie’s is on a bigger scale, Billi knows how it feels,” claimed the source.

Annie shares sons Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, Reign, five, and baby Rezon with Kyle, who she met at just 15 years old. Annie and Kyle’s relationship has been plagued with infidelity rumours over the years, with things reaching a boiling point in 2019 when they had a break from the relationship. During the separation, Kyle had a fling with influencer Lauryn Goodman. While the romance was short-lived, and Kyle later got back together with Annie, Lauryn became pregnant with his child and later gave birth to a son named Kairo in 2020.

Moving on from the break, Annie and Kyle went on to marry in November 2021 with a small wedding ceremony in Cheshire and appeared back on track, with Kyle co-parenting his son with Lauryn while focusing on family life with Annie. However, in August 2023, Lauryn gave birth to her second child – initially choosing not to disclose who the father was. Later. Lauryn revealed that she and Kyle had a second fling, making the footballer the father of both her children. Annie and Kyle once again called it quits in January 2024, which is when the news of Lauryn and Kyle’s second romance was disclosed. And amid all the drama, it seems Annie is finally keen to draw a line under the relationship and reportedly served her estranged husband divorce papers last week.

While Andy announced that he and Billi had separated earlier this month
Meanwhile, Billi has been dealing with her own turmoil since husband Andy- who is a striker for French team Bordeaux – announced their split last month. The couple were in a relationship for 11 years and married with an extravagant Hampshire wedding in the summer of 2022. However, the pair almost didn’t make it down the aisle when Andy was pictured passed out in bed with two women during his raucous Dubai stag do, just days before the wedding. Despite the pictures, which reportedly had Billi questioning the nuptials, the pair did say ‘I Do’ and appeared smitten until Andy shared the shock split news. The couple are thought to have parted ways this summer, with Andy seemingly already in a new relationship with celebrity hair stylist Lou Teasdale. Lou and Andy have been spotted together numerous times since the split and even took a trip to Marbella last week, putting on a cosy display together on the beach. Now, our source claims that Billi, who shares Arlo, nine, Wolf, six, and four-year-old Marvel Mae with Andy, and Annie have found solidarity in one another and bonded through motherhood and their respective splits.

The source said, “They have both been loyal and good mothers and feel like this is what they’ve been handed in return, it’s all about the footballers and not the wives. Annie and Billi are both trying to raise their children through this and it’s not easy, they feel like the men have left them in the mud and it’s a tough pill to swallow.” While Annie may have handed Kyle a red card, there are reports swirling that things aren’t dead in the water for the couple yet.
