The tasty new upgrade has gone down a storm with fans of the malt biscuit, and we can understand why! Lotus Biscoff has fast-become the newest foodie craze, following in the footsteps of cookies-n-cream biscuit, Oreo’s. From cheesecakes to ice cream, milkshakes to pots of spreads, Biscoff is everywhere and Brits can’t get enough of it!

The new cocktail creation is surprisingly easy to make, so get our your cocktail making kit and roll up your sleeves. All you need to conjure up your very own Be At One-worthy tipple is a shot of espresso (any coffee will do though), coffee liqueur, vodka, Biscoff spread and of course, some Lotus Biscoff biscuits. You’ll need a blender, and some ice to whizz up the cocktail, and whilst they’re not a necessity, a martini glasses are always a nice touch to finish off the drink to that perfect standard.

Method First make 30ml of coffee or espresso and allow to cool. Once it has cooled, blend it together with the ice, coffee liquor and the Biscoff spread.
