Privacy Notice Love Island champs Mimii and Josh dished the dirt on their villa ‘feud’ with Joey Essex, during a cosy catch-up with Christine Lampard on ITV’s Lorraine. They even got a special shout-out from the ex-TOWIE star. Chatting with stand-in presenter Christine Lampard, the pair opened up about their love story. The conversation soon turned to their dramatic tiff with reality star Joey Essex, who Christine cheekily noted as someone who “knows how to bring the drama”. Josh revealed: “When I first came in me and Joey got on really well. Obviously everyone saw what happened with me and him, the arguments. Mimii added: “In the environment we were in it was quite intense. In there everyone knows everyone’s business. I’m glad it was left in the villa and he apologised and I’m not one to keep holding a grudge or anything like that. We wish each other well.” But the surprise came whenChristine surprised them with a video message from Joey and his villa flame, Jessy Potts, reports the Mirror. Joey enthused: “Congratulations Josh and Mimii. Well done, you deserved it. We love you.” During the ITV2 show, viewers witnessed a heated argument between Joey and Mimii, which resulted in Mimii storming out of the villa. This followed weeks of viewer accusations that Joey, along with his mate Sean, had been ‘bullying’ Mimii by constantly referencing her past relationship with another contestant, Ayo.

Joey spilled the beans about the secret mission when she asked him to bring Ayo up to the terrace for a private conversation. Not only did he disclose this to the entire villa, but he also mentioned it several times afterwards.
