In an interview with PEOPLE, Bri and DeMari revealed that they don’t consider themselves to be officially together, instead referring to their relationship as “BriMari on a break.” “It’s complicated. We’re working on things … It was real in there, but it was such a small window. “So we really have been trying to learn each other on the outside of everything. “I had delayed reactions to coming back to the real world, so we’re on really good terms of trying to figure things out, but it’s tough.” Bri also mentioned that neither of them is currently dating anyone else, leaving room for a potential romantic reunion.

Despite both of them initially pursuing other contestants, Katherine soon realised her connection with Louis was purely physical, leading her back to Charlie. In a surprising twist, the pair are still together after season six, with Charlie confessing he fell in love with Katherine on the show but wanted to see if they could make it work “a chance on the outside”. Reflecting on their time after leaving the retreat, Katherine shared: “It’s like, ‘Okay, is this actually going to work? ‘ But then, I realised, ‘Oh, yeah. No, I love this man. I want to make it work.'”
