Leaving Jessy surprised, she says: “Oh, my God, eight!? Joey would make a great dad, though, there’s no doubt about that,” while Joey shares the same sentiment, “And Jessy would be an amazing mum. We’d be such good parents. I’m ready. I’d do it tomorrow. Maybe even tonight!” The 34-year-old former TOWIE star and 25-year-old Jessy narrowly missed a spot in this year’s Love Island final after becoming the last couple to be dumped during a dramatic show twist. The penultimate episode of series 11 saw all of the dumped cast welcomed back on our screens to decide who would make the final four.

A brutal vote from the past islanders saw Joey and Jessy sent packing, with Mimii Ngulube and Josh Oyinsan later making history as the first black couple to be crowned the Love Island winners and taking home the £50k prize. But, this hasn’t stopped Joey and Jessy from showing off their love and as we chat to them, their chemistry is electrifying. Suffice to say the magic words [I love you] have not been uttered, but, after spending time with Joey and his now ‘exclusive’ girlfriend, we doubt it’ll be long before they are. When we asked what Jessy likes most about Joey, she said: “He’s very cheeky. He wears his heart on his sleeve and he’s always got my best interests at heart.” Joey says: “I like that she’s not a “yes” girl. She tells me how it is. She’ll tell me when I’m right or wrong. Jessy is with me for real reasons. And I’m very wise on that. I can really tell when I’ve met a girl and all she cares about is fame, followers and everything else that comes with who I am. I know Jessy’s not about that. She’s actually with me for me.” Recently, the couple documented their first date night away from the Love Island villa, as Joey took Jessy to celeb Essex hotspot, Sheesh.

Joey said he is taking a step back from reality TV

Joey could be seen lovingly wrapping his arms around Jessy as they arrived at the popular restaurant. “Obviously the first place he takes me is @sheesh_uk,” Jessy joked on her Instagram Stories, as she posted a mirror selfie. Joey was seen wearing a white denim jacket with blue jeans, while Jessy opted for a black polka dot dress. As Jessy gets used to the ‘celebrity’ lifestyle with her new found reality TV fame, and reality star boyfriend, Joey admitted he’s taking a break from reality TV. Speaking to Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle on This Morning, Joey said: “I’m taking a huge break, you know, I feel like I’ve done every reality show possible now.
