Rosie, also known as Baked Potato, and Nathan shared a kiss on the famous sofa. As the rest of the evening got underway in the episode that aired on Sunday (20 October), Baked Potato and Nathan spent some time together alone Staring at each other; they then decided to share a snog. The kiss wasn’t the first in the series, as on Thursday night (17 October) Lily, Baked Potato and Nathan shared a secret three-way smooch.

Fans took to social media to express their feelings about watching the kiss play out, with some very shocked. One wrote: “THEY KISSED THey KISSSeedddd #BBUK”. Another said: “They are so bloody awkward, I can’t cope!”. A third added: “So cringed Bathan and the bake potato the sound is awful”. A fourth commented: “The most awkward lead up to a kiss ever” along with a skull emoji. And another wrote: “Nathan and Rosie want to replicate Jordan and Henry from last year”.

The pair admitted to having romantic feelings for each other on Friday (18 October) episode with both of them confessing in the diary room. Nathan said: “Oh well – bloody everybody knows now so I might as well say it. Yes, I think myself and Baked Potato rather like each other – which is nice! It’s good. If I had to describe who I was looking for, I’d have probably described something similar to Baked Tatty.” At another point in the show, Baked Potato told Big Brother: “Nathan makes me laugh. He’s a really nice guy. My poor, really left-wing socialist mum is going to absolutely kill me [because of Nathan’s political beliefs].”

Also in tonight’s episode, Ali and Dean were selected as the new heads of house and had to take on their first task. Both making their way to the basement whilst going unnoticed by the rest of the Housemates, Big Brother informed them: “Tomorrow, Housemates will nominate. Big Brother wants to let you in on a secret.” They added: “Housemates will nominate in pairs, each pair must nominate another pair of Housemates to face eviction. Your power as Heads of House is to choose who will be in each pair.
