The 38 year old, who has opened up about his joy at becoming a father-of-four, took to Instagram to share his delicious banana bread recipe with his 4.7 million followers as Indie, five, and three year old Marley excitedly talked through the instructions. As the pair took to baking duties, the duo could be seen mixing the dry and wet ingredients into a large baby blue coloured baking bowl, similar to this Mason Cash Colour Mix Powder Blue Mixing Bowl, £20.46 here, from Amazon.

As an alternative, this Tala Corn Design 30cm Mixing Bowl, £28 here, from Dunelm has a similar colourway, while this Traditional Stoneware Mixing Bowl, £10.99 here, from The Range costs just over £10 and will recreate Joe’s kitchen look while on a budget. After adding all of the ingredients together into the one bowl, Joe, aka The Body Coach, added the mixture to a loaf tin, which he’d greased to ensure that the mixture didn’t stick, and put it into the oven at 180C for around 45 minutes. “Wow look at that,” Joe exclaimed as he took the bake out of the oven. “Wow look at that chocolate chip – can you see the chocolate through here – and lovely caramelised banana.”

Meanwhile, Indie and Marley seemed equally as delighted with the result, with Indie saying: “And it tastes amazing!,” as her younger brother gave the camera a big thumbs up. Captioning the sweet clip, Joe gave fans the full ingredients list, so that they could give the “out of this world” recipe a go themselves. “They really did taste out of this world and it’s so simple to make,” he wrote. “Ingredients: 3 large ripe bananas, 150g melted butter, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp baking powder, 170g wholemeal flour, 100g muesli, 3 whole eggs, 70g maple syrup, 50g chocolate”. The sweet video comes after fitness guru Joe asked his Instagram followers to guess whether they thought he’d become a dad to a second son or to a third daughter after revealing that his wife Rosie is expecting their fourth child.

“30 weeks pregnant Soon our family of 5 will become 6. So excited to meet the next addition to our crew. What do you think? Boy or girl?,” he wrote. His post left fans divided as some predicted a boy, while others expressed their belief that he’d welcome another boy. “Genuinely never seen such a beautiful family. I’d love to see you have a boy then 2 of each… but let’s face it, whatever it is, it’s going to be an absolute stunner,” wrote one social media user. However, another added: “Gorgeous family x Rosie you are absolutely stunning as always x I’m thinking girl”.Story SavedYou can find this story in My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
