A source reportedly told the publication: “They’ve been dating a while but have only just started posting each other on social media.” The publication claimed that Taylor has also tagged Thomas in a photo on social media and added a red love heart emoji. She’s also been visible in the comment section of some of his recent Instagram posts. OK! has contacted Thomas’ representative for comment. Tom previously played teenage Peter Beale between 2006 and 2010. After Thomas’ exit in 2010, Peter was played by Ben Hardy and Dayle Hudson. But Thomas recently admitted that he wasn’t able to watch the show knowing his character was being played by someone else.

Thomas was the fifth actor to take over the role in 2006 and left four years later to pursue other acting avenues. He starred in The World’s End and A Cinderella Story. Peter’s return was initially implied in June last year, along with his parents, Ian and the long believed dead Cindy Beale. As well as the soap, he’s best known for his role as DC Eddie Martin in ITV crime drama The Bay, appearing in the show between 2021 and 2023 – a role he has now quit to return to EastEnders.

His other roles include children’s show Sadie J, Sky comedy drama Living The Dream, and sci-fi comedy The World’s End. Speaking of his return to Walford last year, Thomas has said: “Over the years, I had hoped for a return to the Square although I never thought it would happen so it’s an absolute delight to be back in Walford as Peter Beale. “It’s been great to see familiar and new faces, and I can’t wait to explore the character again in the wake of Cindy’s return – it’s an exciting time to return!”Story SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
