Privacy NoticeEamonn Holmes left co-presenter Ellie Costello slightly bewildered during an on-air conversation that turned to the topic of uneven body parts. It all kicked off on Wednesday (August 14) morning as the dynamic duo were giving viewers their daily wake-up call with news from around the world amidst a sweltering British heatwave discussion. While its no news that Eamonn, aged 64, knows how to stir up some good telly moments, he quipped: “You’ve never seen my moobs. I’ve got one bigger than the other as well.” Ellie couldn’t help but let out a giggle before Eamonn continued revealing his truths: “It’s true! Do you not have anything that is bigger than the other one?”. She candidly responded: “No, I also have that. I think it’s quite normal, so we can relate to that.” Changing gears, Ellie chimed in with her two pence on the bare-chested men saying: “But I think topless men is not a great thing to see, especially on the high street during a heatwave.”

Eamonn Holmes gets emotional and admits ‘things are wrong’ amid Ruth Langsford split

This light-hearted exchange followed an earlier heated debate where Eamonn, having split from Ruth Langsford earlier this year, delivered a sharp “Don’t lecture me – give me a break” to a guest while hosting a contentious discussion about the Union Jack, reports the Express. Royal commentator Rafe Heydel-Mankoo and anti-racism campaigner Imarn Ayton were in the hot seat at GB News as they unravelled the charged question of whether the Union Jack flag might be too polarising. The dialogue unfolded amid a story that a Norfolk village was uncomfortably divided on flying the Union Jack, worrying it could be off-putting.

The debate got heated after Imarn suggested that Brits should rethink flying the Union Jack flag due to its “associations with the far-right”. Eamonn, who was moderating the discussion, decided to share his personal opinion, which didn’t sit well with Imarn. The presenter commented: “Running a flag outside a village hall in Norfolk, you sort of think what’s the big deal.”

Imarn quickly retorted: “Be considerate. No, be considerate guys. I know you’ve finished your segment but Eamonn I’m not going to let you finish with that one.Eamonn responded: “Let me just tell you something. You don’t have to lecture me. I sit in the middle, trying to see both sides of things. “Imarn shot back: “Well, I have too.” Eamonn raised his voice: “I grew up in a country,” before Imarn cut him off again: “You should have finished with mine [opinion] but you finished with Rafe’s [opinion]. “”Ahh give me a break. Let’s go to the break. Back after this”, Eamonn concluded.” Breakfast with Eamonn and Isabel airs weekdays on GB News at 6amStory SavedYou can find this story in  My Bookmarks.Or by navigating to the user icon in the top right.Follow OK!
