Privacy Notice Ranvir Singh, usually seen on Good Morning Britain, filled in for Lorraine Kelly again on her ITV show on Monday morning, 19 August. The presenter, who often steps in for Lorraine during her holidays, was chatting with Celebrity Big Brother’s Bradley Riches when she mistakenly called his fiance the wrong name. In April, Bradley, 22, announced his engagement to long-term love Scott Johnston, and Ranvir, eager to discuss the romantic milestone, congratulated him: “I have to say, congratulations on your engagement, which is absolutely gorgeous, just tell us a bit about Charlie and how you got engaged.” A quick correction from Bradley followed, as he pointed out: “Scott,” leading to an apology from Ranvir. Bradley then jokingly added: “I was about to say who’s this mystery man?”

Ranvir laughed off the blunder with humour and assured viewers: “Yes exactly, there’s no scoop here by the way,” before they continued their chat about the sweet proposal. Bradley then shared more about his relationship with Scott, saying: “Scott, he’s in the theatre world, we met at drama school and we just kept building this relationship.” He shared: “I trust him a lot and he asked me and I was like ‘yeah, why not'”, reports the Mirror. When Ranvir asked if he knew the proposal was coming, he admitted: “Well this is the thing, we said if I won Celebrity Big Brother, I was like ‘propose to me’ to make it a really good year. I didn’t win obviously but he still did it,” confessed the actor.

Back in April, the Heartstopper actor revealed his partner popped the question in a romantic proposal at a scenic overlook. Sharing photos of the couple embracing and a close-up of a ring on his finger, he wrote on Instagram: “08/04/2024. Erm… YES! “I never thought I’d find someone who’s gets me and loves me for me.
