Privacy Notice Fans think they have spotted Tommy Fury “distancing” himself from Molly-Mae Hague – months before their split. Last week, Molly-Mae, 25 and Tommy, also 25, shockingly announced that they hadbroken up after a five-year relationship. The couple, who fell for each other on Love Island in 2019, welcomed their daughter Bambi in January 2023 and became engaged last summer. But fans spotted cracks in their relationship back in December, when Molly posted a vlog on her YouTube channel which saw the couple sitting down together to try Nando’s mac and cheese for the first time. In the clip, Molly is excited about sampling the new menu item, while Tommy is much less enthusiastic. Fans picked up on this, taking to the comments to express their disappointment.
Fans insisted Molly-Mae “deserves better”
One person said: “My heart actually breaks for her she deserves better honestly.” Another wrote: “The way she’s trying to be happy and excited for the both of them is so heartbreaking.” A third added: “The sad thing is that if my bf saw me so excited and desperate to try something he would do try it with me even if he didn’t want it.” “Nah Tommy is a different guy!” observed one fan. “It reminds me of putting in all the effort into a relationship to make it work and getting little back,” someone else added. Another penned: “He’s so distant,” while another echoed the sentiment, saying: “No he acc seems so unbothered so sad.”

Molly-Mae was the first to confirm the news of their split as she wrote on Instagram in a heartwrenching statement: “Never in a million years did I think I’d ever have to write this. After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way. I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy’s relationship has come to an end. “I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority. I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years. You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it’s right to share this with you all. “Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time, I’ll be back when it feels right. Molly-Mae x”.

Around an hour later, Tommy shared his own statement and wrote: “I am heartbroken to share that Molly and I have decided to end our relationship. The past 5 years have led to us having our beautiful baby girl, Bambi and I will be forever thankful to Molly for making me a dad. Bambi is our priority. “Please respect our privacy, and our families privacy, as we navigate our way through this difficult time.” Since the couple’s split, Tommy has been accused of being unfaithful to Molly-Mae, with a source telling the Sun that the professional boxer allegedly kissed a woman in a nightclub while partying in North Macedonia. They said: “He was downing Grey Goose vodka and didn’t seem to care who saw him with the girl. He kissed her. This will be heart-breaking for Molly-Mae.” Tommy has denied these accusations and is said to be “horrified” by the rumours circulating.
