Privacy NoticeSue Radford, mum of 22 and star of Channel 5’s 22 Kids And Counting, has shared her outrage after her daughter, Tillie, 13, was denied access to a VIP area at a concert despite paying a staggering £550 for her ticket. The matriarch of the famous Radford family revealed that the incident took place at the Co-Op Live arena in Manchester. The 49-year-old mum shared that she had gone to collect daughter Tillie from the concert – but that she was visibly upset when she met her. Taking to Instagram, Sue explained that the teenager and her friends were mistakenly directed to the wrong queue, causing them to miss out on the VIP experience they had paid for. The Radford family are the biggest brood in the UK

In a passionate Instagram story, Sue vented: “Picked up a very upset Tillie from the Co-Op Live last night. We paid for VIP lounge access tickets with entry at 3pm. The girls got put in the WRONG line even after asking multiple people where they needed to go.” It meant that the girls missed their VIP experience, with Sue writing: “By the time they got let in at 6pm, the lounge was closed and they were not standing in the area we paid for.” Sue finished by asking her 535,000 Instagram followers: “As you can imagine, we are not happy. Does anyone know how we can go about contacting them? What a poorly organised arena.” To further emphasise her point, Sue shared a screenshot of the tickets, tagging the Co-Op Live Arena’s official account and adding: “This is what we paid for. This is what we didn’t get.”
